If you want to be eligible for Twitch Drops, you’ll need to connect your Twitch account to your Embark ID.

Here’s how to do it:

Linking your Twitch account

1. Log in to your Embark ID
Go to https://id.embark.games and sign in.

2. Go to Connected Platforms
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Connected Platforms from the menu.

3. Find Twitch and click “Connect”
Scroll down until you see Twitch, then click Connect.

4. Authorize the connection on Twitch
You’ll be redirected to Twitch and asked to sign in (if you're not already).
Twitch will request permission to share your account info with Embark. This is required to verify your identity and enable rewards.
Click Authorize to complete the connection.

5. All set!
Once linked, your Twitch account will appear under the Connected Platforms section in your Embark ID profile.

Watch Twitch Streams with Twitch Drops Enabled

To earn Twitch Drops, you must watch a channel that has Twitch Drops enabled and is participating in an active campaign for THE FINALS.

• Look for the “Twitch Drops Enabled” tag or similar wording in the stream title or info section.
  
  
• You can also visit twitch.tv/drops/campaigns to see all current Twitch Drop campaigns and participating streams.
  
  
• Just watching any THE FINALS stream won’t earn you Twitch Drops. Only streamers who are officially part of the campaign are eligible.

How to Redeem Twitch Drops in THE FINALS

After earning and claiming a Twitch Drop:

1. Claim the Drop on Twitch

• Go to twitch.tv/drops/inventory

• Find the reward and click Claim once the progress bar is full.

2. Log in to THE FINALS

• Make sure you’re signed in with the Embark ID that’s linked to the Twitch account you used.

• A pop-up screen should appear, showing your earned item(s).

• Your reward will automatically be added to your in-game inventory.
  
  
  
  

I claimed a Twitch Drop but it didn’t appear in my game. What should I do?

1. Check your connected Twitch Account on the Connect Platfroms page
   Go to id.embark.games/id/connected-platforms and make sure the connected Twitch Account is the same Twitch Account you claim the rewards on.
   

2. Double-check that you claimed the drop in your Twitch inventory
   Go to twitch.tv/drops/inventory and make sure you are logged into the same Twitch account that you used when watching the Twitch channel with the active Twitch Drops campaign.
   

3. Restart THE FINALS
   In some cases, it may take a few minutes for the item to appear.
   If your drop doesn’t show up, try restarting the game.

4. Still not there?
   If the items are claimed on Twitch and you double check that you got the correct accounts linked, please contact Embark Support

Things to keep in mind

• You can only link one Twitch account per Embark ID.

• You can unlink your Twitch account at any time from the Connected Platforms page.

• To earn Twitch Drops:

  • Make sure you're watching from a Twitch account that’s linked to your Embark ID.

  • Remember to claim the drop on Twitch once it’s earned.

  • Rewards will only be delivered to the Embark ID account that’s linked to your Twitch account.

  • Rewards can not be transfered to a different Embark ID accounts.

Can I link more than one Twitch account to my Embark ID?
No. Only one Twitch account can be linked to an Embark ID at a time.

Can I earn Twitch Drops on console?
Yes! As long as your platform account (PlayStation/Xbox) is connected to your Embark ID, and that Embark ID is linked to your Twitch account, you’re eligible for Twitch Drops.

Do I need to watch the stream on the same device I play on?
No. You just need to watch from the Twitch account linked to your Embark ID. Drops are tied to your Embark ID, not the device.

Can I unlink my Twitch account and link a different one?
Yes, but rewards tied to the original Twitch account will stay linked to that Embark ID. You won’t be able to transfer drops across multiple accounts.
