Refunds

If you’d like to request a refund for a purchase related to THE FINALS, you’ll need to contact the platform where the original transaction was made. Embark Studios does not handle payments or refunds directly. All purchase and refund policies are managed by each respective platform.

Important Notes:

  • All refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the platform you purchased from. Embark has no ability to approve, deny, or expedite refund requests made through those services.

  • Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds. If your account has been permanently restricted due to violations of our Anti-Cheat Policy, platform holders may reject your refund request.

  • In-game purchases, battle passes, and currency such as Multibucks are tied to your Embark ID. If your account has been compromised or deleted, those items may be permanently lost.

Refund FAQ

Can I get a refund if I purchased a cosmetic item from the in-game store?
All purchases from our in-game store are final and non-refundable.

Can I get a refund if I purchased a DLC?

Each platform (Steam, Xbox, Playstation) has its own refund window and eligibility criteria. You need to contact the platform where the original transaction was made.

I was banned, can I get my money back?
No. Purchases tied to accounts that have been banned for violating our policies are not eligible for refunds.

What happens to my purchased content if I delete my Embark ID?
If you delete your Embark ID, you’ll permanently lose access to any items, currency, and progress tied to your account. These cannot be restored or transferred, and no refunds will be issued.

Can I transfer items or currency to another account instead of requesting a refund?
No. Purchases, items, and currency cannot be transferred between Embark IDs or platform accounts.
