What is the Recruit and Rise system?
We’re making onboarding more rewarding (and cooperative) with the Recruit and Rise program!
Veteran players (Recruiters) will be able to invite newcomers (Prospects) to team up and play together. There are rewards on the line for both Recruiters and Prospects, and for every Prospect you help graduate into a Recruiter themselves, your recruiter badge upgrades!
Who can be a Recruiter?
Any player who has played more than 20 matches.
Who can be a Prospect?
Any new player who has played fewer than 20 matches and is friends with a Recruiter.
Can I be both a Recruiter and a Prospect?
Yes. Once a Prospect completes their Recruit and Rise program or plays 20 matches on their own, they graduate and can then become a Recruiter.
How do I recruit a friend?
Recruiters can initiate referrals from the Recruit and Rise screen by choosing an eligible friend from the dropdown list. The Prospect must accept the referral in the Social menu under the ‘Requests’ tab.
Do we need to be friends in-game?
Yes. The Recruiter and Prospect must be friends to send or accept Recruit and Rise requests.
Can a Prospect accept more than one referral?
No. A Prospect can only accept one Recruit and Rise request.
How many Prospects can a Recruiter have?
Up to 5 active Prospects at a time. Recruiters can send unlimited invites.
How do I make progress in Recruit and Rise?
By playing matches together. Both Recruiter and Prospect have to complete 10 matches together to fulfill their program.
Do matches count if we’re in a party and someone backfills?
Yes, as long as both the Recruiter and Prospect are present when the match ends.
Can I track my progress?
Yes. Progress is shown in the Recruit and Rise screen under the Social tab.
Where can I access the Recruit and Rise system?
You can find it under Social → Referrals
