Send and Receive Gifts

Looking to surprise a friend with a flashy new outfit or a shiny new Premium Battle Pass?
In THE FINALS, you can gift cosmetic bundles, single items, a Legacy Battle Pass or the Premium Battle Pass to anyone on your friend list, provided you and they meet the requirements.

How to Send a Gift

  1. Visit the in-game Store, the Battle Pass page, or the Customization screen

  2. Select a giftable item

  3. Click GIFT

  4. Choose a friend from the list of eligible recipients

    • If a friend appears greyed out, they already own the item

  5. Click on the friend you want to gift to

  6. Press BUY GIFT

Requirements to Send and Receive Gifts

To send or receive gifts, both you and your friend must meet these conditions:

  • Have played at least 20 rounds

  • Spent a minimum of 300 Multibucks on in-game purchases

  • Your account must be at least 7 days old

  • Your first real-money purchase must be at least 48 hours old

  • Additional Requirements for Gifting the Premium Battle Pass:
    You must own the Premium Battle Pass before you can gift it to someone else

 

Important Notes

  • You can send up to 10 gifts within a 24-hour period

  • ALL Gifts are non-refundable

  • The Ultimate Battle Pass cannot be gifted inside THE FINALS

  • If you receive a gift and skip the opening animation, don’t worry! The item will still be added to your inventory

  • Gifted bundles are always charged at the flat discount price. This also means if the person you're gifting to already owns one or more items, the same price will be charged.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I gift items between platforms?
    No. Gifts can only be sent and received between players on the same platform family (e.g., Steam-to-Steam, PlayStation-to-PlayStation). The player can ofcouse use the items on all platforms, once the gift is recived.

  • Can I gift Multibucks?
    No. You can gift items or bundles from the in-game store, but not the currency itself

  • Can I gift the Ultimate Battle Pass as a DLC via Steam, Xbox Live or Playstation Network?
    Yes, purchasing DLCs as a gift for another player is possible via Steam and Xbox Live.
    Playstation Network does not allow gifting DLCs.

  • Can I send a gift to someone not on my friends list?
    No. You must be friends with someone on the same platform before sending them a gift.

  • What happens if the gift fails to deliver?
    If a gift cannot be delivered, the sender will be refunded. If that doesn’t happen automatically, contact Embark Support with details.

  • Are there limits to how many gifts I can send?
    There are currently no limits on how many gifts you can send in total, but you can only send up to 10 gifts within a 24-hour period. Excessive or suspicious gifting behavior may be reviewed for security reasons.

  • What happens if I gift a bundle but my friend already owns one or more items?
    We always charge the flat discount price for gifted bundles, regardless of how many items your friend already owns from said bundle. It is best to make sure your friend does not already own some items and perhaps gift the rest of the bundle as individual items.
