THE FINALS Help Center

Our Anti-Cheat solution Elytra should install itself automatically when you start THE FINALS.
If you encounter any issues, you can run the installer and manually install Elytra by following these steps:

1. Download the latest version of the Elytra installer here: Elytra Installer
   
   
2. Run Elytra-Setup.msi and follow the instructions on screen

Once the installation is completed, you can simply start up THE FINALS.

- The manual installation of Elytra failed. What can I do?
If the installation process did not complete correctly, please run a command prompt as an administrator and run the following command from where Elytra-Setup.msi is located

msiexec /i Elytra-Setup.msi /lv elytra-setup.log

Open a ticket with the support team and provide the elytra-setup.log file which was created in the same folder.
