You can edit your game account information such as changing your display name, email address and email preferences by logging in to your Embark ID here. 

You will also be able to redeem gift codes and find friend referral links when you sign in with your Embark ID. 

How do I connect or disconnect a Steam/Xbox/Playstation account from my Embark ID?

Once you’ve logged into your Embark ID, head over to Connected Platforms. You will find a full list of accounts that you can link including Discord and Twitch. 

Can I disconnect my Steam account from my Embark ID if my account has been banned in THE FINALS?

No. Disconnecting the Steam account from a banned account is not possible.

Why can’t I disconnect my Steam account?

There are two possible reasons:

• Your acount has been banned. In this case, you won’t be able to disconnect your Steam from a banned account.
• You have disconnected a Steam account less than 2 days ago. There is a 2-day cooldown on account reconnections.

How many accounts can be linked to my Embark ID?

Only one account per platform can be connected to one Embark ID.

Note: You cannot unlink the account you are presently using to log in. If you wish to unlink a particular connection, please make sure to log in using a different platform first. If you unlink all of the third party game accounts this will lead to permanently deleting your Embark ID. You will lose any purchased Multibucks, obtained items, battle passes and all game progression! This action cannot be undone.

How do I delete my account? 

If you want to delete your account, you need to contact Player Support.
