ARC Raiders is built around keeping the game fun, fair, and rewarding for everyone, and that means taking cheating seriously and protecting honest players.
When action is taken against a player you reported, or when a confirmed cheater is identified as having knocked you out, you'll receive a message in your in-game inbox. There are two types of messages, depending on the situation:
Action Notice: If you reported a player and we identified them, you'll get a message confirming that action has been taken.
Loot Compensation: If a cheater knocked you out and we've identified them, you'll get a message returning your lost loot. You'll receive all the items you had at the time of being knocked out. This is an automated process — you do not need to send a report.
These messages are independent of each other. If you reported the cheater who knocked you out, you may receive both an action notice and your returned loot.
When will I receive compensation? Compensation isn't immediate. Once cheating is confirmed, the system automatically processes reimbursements after a short delay.
How will I know I've been compensated? You'll receive a Loot Compensation message in your in-game inbox letting you know your items are ready to claim. Make sure there's enough space in your stash, otherwise you will not be able to retrieve them.
Can I contact Support about it? The compensation process is fully automated and only triggers once a confirmed cheater has been dealt with. Our support team can't manually issue or speed up compensation
