How to report a player?
We highly recommend submitting your report through the in-game menu. This is the most efficient method as it provides us with the necessary immediate context for the investigation.
Do you offer rewards for reporting cheaters?
Not at this time. However, we do run a separate Bug Bounty Program for responsible security disclosures in partnership with Intigriti. More here!
Can I be banned if someone reports me unfairly?
No. We validate all reports before taking action. It is not possible to get an account banned simply through mass-reporting.
Someone is spreading rumors about me cheating. What can I do?
If this is happening outside of the game (e.g., on social media), please report it to the platform involved. Embark does not moderate off-platform interactions.
