If you're unable to find a match or can only join standard maps but not any map conditions, try syncing your device's clock. See Syncing Your Device Clock for instructions.
If matchmaking feels slow, the most common reason is that Crossplay is turned off. Turning Crossplay on can help you find games faster.
Keep in mind: sometimes you might not be in control of this setting.
In a party: The Crossplay setting of the most restrictive player applies. So even if you have Crossplay on, if a friend has it off, the whole party will queue with Crossplay off.
You can also make sure you’re matchmaking in the correct region.
On PC:
Click the gear icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Go to Gameplay > Server
On Console:
Open the Social menu.
Navigate to the gear icon on the left side of the screen.
Select Gameplay > Server
