Frequently Asked Questions

  • When should I report a player?
    You should report players who:
    • Cheat or use exploits
    • Intentionally sabotage matches (Griefing)
    • Harass, threaten, or bully other players
    • Use offensive or hateful language
    • Use inappropriate names

  • I reported this player, why are they not banned?
After submitting a report, you may still see the player in matches.
This does not mean your report was ignored. Investigations take time, and action is only taken once sufficient evidence is confirmed. Acting too quickly without verification could result in penalties being applied incorrectly.
Multiple reports from different players help us review cases more effectively.

  • Do I need to send screenshots or videos with my report?
You can submit a report directly in the game without attaching evidence. The report system already records important match information to help us review the situation.

However, if you have additional evidence such as screenshots or a video we strongly encourage you to include it when contacting our support. This can help our team investigate more quickly and accurately, especially for chat harassment or behavior that may not be fully visible in match data.

When reporting a player to our support, please attach:
    Any screenshots or videos
    Times of the incident
    The player’s name

Always submit the in-game report first whenever possible, and then contact our support with the additional information.

  • I'm being harassed by a player, what should I do?
Do not engage with the player
    Use the in-game Report feature
    Use the in-game Block feature

Are you not able to submit a report in the game?

If you were unable to use the in-game report feature, you can contact our support and we will help you submit the report.

Please contact our support and include:

  • The player’s in-game name

  • The approximate date and time of the incident

  • A description of what happened

  • Any screenshots or video clips you have

Providing as much information as possible helps our team investigate the situation more quickly.
