In-Game Store Purchases using Multibucks

If you’ve used Multibucks to buy items in the in-game store in THE FINALS, but something didn’t go as expected, here’s what you need to know.

What Can Be Purchased with Multibucks?

Multibucks can be used to unlock:

  • Cosmetic items

  • Weapon and contestant skins

  • Emotes and animations

  • Battle Pass (except for the Ultimate Battle Pass)
  • Battle Pass tiers

Where’s My Item?

If you made a purchase using Multibucks but the item hasn’t appeared:

  1. Fully restart the game. Sometimes items don’t show up immediately due to a delay in sync.

  2. Check your inventory to confirm whether the item was delivered.

  3. Verify the deduction of Multibucks in your in-game balance. If your currency hasn’t been used, the purchase likely didn’t complete.

If your Multibucks were deducted and you didn’t receive the item, please Embark Support and include the following:

  • Your Embark ID (e.g., Username#1234)

  • A brief description of what you tried to purchase

  • The date and time of the attempted purchase

  • A screenshot if possible (e.g. the missing item, your Multibucks balance)

Important Notes

  • Multibucks purchases are final. In-game items bought with Multibucks are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Platform refunds do not apply. Since Multibucks are an in-game currency, these transactions aren’t processed through Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox, they are not eligible for platform-level refunds.

  • Multibucks are Embark ID account-bound. Multibucks cannot be transferred between different Embark ID accounts.

Q: Can I undo a purchase I made with Multibucks?
A: No. All in-game purchases made using Multibucks are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.

Q: I accidentally bought the wrong item, what can I do?
A: Unfortunately, in-game purchases cannot be reversed, even if made by mistake. Please review your selections carefully before confirming a purchase.

Q: I didn’t receive the item I paid for with Multibucks. What now?
A: Please contact our Support team with your Embark ID, the item in question, and any screenshots or relevant details. We'll investigate the issue.

Q: Can I gift items or Multibucks to a friend?
A: No. Multibucks are non-transferable and tied to your Embark ID account.
