Bringing friends into THE FINALS has never been more rewarding, or cooperative. With the Recruit and Rise system, veteran players (Recruiters) can invite newcomers (Prospects) to team up and rise through the ranks together.
Both Recruiters and Prospects earn exclusive rewards, and Recruiters can even upgrade their Recruiter Badge by helping their Prospects succeed and graduate into Recruiters themselves.
Recruit and Rise is a referral system designed to reward both experienced players and newcomers for playing together. Here's how it works:
Recruiters invite eligible friends (Prospects) who are new to the game
You earn progress and rewards by playing matches together
Once a Prospect completes their Recruit program, they graduate and can become a Recruiter too
Helping more players graduate will upgrade your Recruiter Badge
Any player who has played more than 20 matches
Any player who has played fewer than 20 matches
Must be friends with their Recruiter in-game
Yes. You can start as a Prospect, and once you complete your Recruit program or play 20 matches, you’ll become eligible to act as a Recruiter.
Go to Main Menu > Social > Recruit and Rise
Select an eligible friend from the dropdown list
The Prospect must accept the referral under the Social menu in the Requests tab
You must be friends in-game to send or accept a referral.
A Prospect can only accept one Recruit and Rise referral
A Recruiter can have up to 5 active Prospects at a time
Recruiters can send unlimited invitations, but only 5 Prospects can progress at once
To complete the Recruit and Rise program:
Recruiter and Prospect must complete 10 matches together
Progress only counts if both players are present when the match ends
Matches with backfilled players still count, as long as both the Recruiter and Prospect finish the match
You can view your current progress, Recruiter badge tier, and active Prospects by navigating to:
