STORM STORIES COMMUNITY COMPETITION - OFFICIAL RULES
Sponsor. Embark Studios AB (“Sponsor”).
1. Promotion period
The Promotion begins 18.00 CET March 7, 2026 and ends 23.59 CET March 22, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
Open worldwide where lawful. Void where prohibited. Entrants must be 18+ (or the age of majority where they live). Employees/contractors of Sponsor and Nexon and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.
3. How to enter
During the Promotion Period, to enter:
Follow ARC Raiders on X;
Like and repost the Promotion post;
Reply to the Promotion post with your video and the designated hashtag (#ARCSTORMSTORIES).
Video requirements: 16:9, 1920×1080 (1080p), MP4/AVI, max 1GB, showing your fun ARC Raiders moments from Hurricane.
Entry limit: One submission per account. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
4. Entry conditions (content / rights / conduct)
By entering, you represent and warrant that:
Your entry is original and does not infringe any third-party rights, and it does not include individuals who have not permitted you to feature them.
Your entry complies with these Official Rules, X Rules available at https://help.x.com/en/rules-and-policies/x-rules and applicable law.
Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or attempts to undermine the Promotion. Suspended or banned Embark ID accounts not eligible.
5. Winner selection
This is a contest of skill/creativity, not a random draw. Sponsor will judge eligible entries based on criteria such as: creativity, entertainment value, Storm Stories fit, and overall video quality.
All judging decisions will be made in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and are final and binding. Ties (if any) will be resolved by applying the judging criteria (no random tie-breakers).
6. Prizes
Grand Prize: Creator Kit. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. Approximate Retail Value USD 445
Runner-up prizes: 2400 Raider Tokens. There will be ten (10) runner-up prize winners. Approximate Retail Value USD20
No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable except where required by law. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
Sponsor will cover standard prize fulfillment/shipping costs unless stated otherwise at the time of award. Runner-up prizes are automatically entitled in game.
7. Winner notification / verification
Winners will be contacted via X (e.g., Direct Message from the official ARC Raiders account) and will be required to provide Embark ID with verified email and delivery details for prize fulfillment, if applicable.
Response deadline: Winners must respond within 15 days of notification (or such other timeframe stated in the notification), or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
8. License / publicity
By entering, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display your full legal name, your entry, and your X handle, for the purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion and ARC Raiders (including reposting, highlight reels, and marketing), where not prohibited by law.
9. Sponsor rights / changes / cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion (including dates) if technical, security, or administrative issues compromise fairness or integrity, and to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible entries or communications.
10. Privacy
Sponsor will process personal data submitted for Promotion administration (e.g., contact and delivery details). Data will be used for administering the Promotion, fulfilling prizes, and enforcing these Rules. Our game privacy policy is available here.
11. Governing law / disputes
These Rules are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
