Thanks for helping us keep ARC Raiders fair and fun for everyone. Player reports are an important part of how we identify and deal with rule-breakers in the game.

How to Report a Player

The best way to report someone is through the in-game menu. This gives our team the context they need to review and investigate your report quickly.

To submit a report:

1. Select the Social button in the bottom-right corner of the Lobby screen.

2. Open the Recent tab and find the player you want to report.

3. Select their name, then choose Report.

4. Pick a reason and add a short description.

5. Submit your report.

That’s it. Our team will review your report and take any necessary action.

Do you offer rewards for reporting cheaters?

No. However, we do have a Bug Bounty Program for responsible security disclosures, in partnership with Intigriti. You can learn more about it here.

Can I be banned if someone reports me unfairly?

No. All reports are reviewed and verified before any action is taken. It’s not possible to be banned simply because of mass reporting.

Someone is spreading rumors about me cheating. What can I do?

If this is happening outside the game (for example, on social media), please report it directly to the platform involved. Embark does not moderate off-platform discussions or content.
