Crossplay Settings

If matchmaking feels slow, the most common reason is that Crossplay is turned off. Turning Crossplay on can help you find games faster.

Keep in mind: sometimes you might not be in control of this setting.

• In a party: The Crossplay setting of the most restrictive player applies. So even if you have Crossplay on, if a friend has it off, the whole party will queue with Crossplay off.

Check Your Matchmaking Region

You can also make sure you’re matchmaking in the correct region.

On PC:

1. Click the gear icon at the bottom right of the screen.

2. Go to Gameplay > Server

3. Set it to Automatic

On Console:

1. Open the Social menu.

2. Navigate to the gear icon on the left side of the screen.

3. Select Gameplay > Server

4. Set it to Automatic
