Switching to a public DNS can help improve network stability and resolve connectivity or voice chat issues. Follow the steps below for your platform.
Open Settings from the Start menu.
Go to Network & Internet.
Select the adapter you wish to configure (e.g., Ethernet or Wi-Fi).
Find DNS server assignment and select Edit.
Change the dropdown menu from Automatic (DHCP) to Manual.
Turn on the IPv4 toggle.
Enter your preferred DNS addresses and select Save.

From the PS5 home screen, go to Settings.
Select Network.
Choose Settings, then select Set Up Internet Connection.
Go to Advanced Settings.
Set DNS Settings to Manual.
Enter one of the following DNS options:

Once finished, save the changes and allow the PS5 to test the connection. After the test completes, restart the PS5 and then launch ARC Raiders.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select System, then go to All Settings.
Open Network, select Network Settings, and choose Advanced Settings.
Select DNS Settings and set it to Manual.
Enter your preferred DNS settings:
