Syncing Your Device Clock

If you're unable to matchmake, experiencing connectivity issues, or can only join standard maps but not any map conditions, syncing your device's clock may fix the issue.

PC

  1. Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time.

  2. Ensure Set Time Automatically is turned on.

  3. Under Additional Settings, select Sync Now.

  4. Once complete, fully restart your PC and relaunch ARC Raiders.

PlayStation 5

  1. Go to Settings > System > Date and Time.

  2. Select Set Date and Time, then choose Set Using Internet.

  3. Once complete, fully restart your PS5 and relaunch ARC Raiders.

Xbox

  1. Navigate to Settings > System > Time.

  2. Toggle Set Time Automatically to ON.

  3. Once complete, fully restart your Xbox and relaunch ARC Raiders.
