Since your Embark login is tied to a third-party platform (Steam/PlayStation/Xbox), following their security advice is crucial for protecting your account.
If your account has been compromised:
First, reach out to your platform to restore your third-party account access. Please note: Embark cannot directly help with compromised Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox accounts.
If the attacker managed to disconnect your original login account from your Embark account, and you are able to provide proof that the account originally belonged to you, please contact us and we will do our best to help you recover it.
