Adding Friends

Adding friends to your friend list

Friends who raid together, stay together. Thankfully, ARC Raiders supports crossplay between Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

To add friends to your friend list:

1. Select the Social button on the bottom-right of the Lobby screen

2. Once in the Friends tab, you’ll find the Add Friend button at the upper-right side of the menu

3. Enter their Embark ID in the text field and click Add Friend

The player you’ve added will receive a friend request. As soon as they accept your request, they will be added to your friend list.

Adding friends from a round

To add fellow Raiders to your friend list after a round:

1. Select the Social button on the bottom-right of the Lobby screen

2. Navigate to Recent. Here, you’ll find a list of all the players you’ve recently played withSelect your preferred player, and press Send Friend Request

Forming a Squad

Inviting friends to your party

To form a squad with old or new friends, you’ll need to add them to your party before starting a round.

1. From the Lobby screen, above the play widget there is a circle with a + inside of it. Select it.

2. Choose the friend or recent player you’d like to invite.

3. They’ll receive a party invite. Once they accept, they’ll be added to your party.

Squading Up with Raiders from a Round

Sometimes you meet a Raider topside that you’d like to team up with again. You can invite recent players straight into your party without first adding them as friends:

1. Select the Social button on the bottom-right of the Lobby screen.

2. Navigate to Recent to see a list of players you’ve just played with.

3. Choose the Raider you want to squad up with and select Invite to Party.

Once they accept, they’ll be added to your party and ready to raid alongside you.
