Last Updated: 2025-07-16

You can manage your Embark ID by logging in at https://id.embark.games. From your account dashboard, you’ll be able to:

  • Change your display name

  • Update your email address

  • Adjust your email preferences

  • Redeem gift codes

  • Access your friend referral links

Connecting or Disconnecting Linked Accounts

To connect or disconnect a platform account (such as Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation):

  1. Sign in to your Embark ID at https://id.embark.games.

  2. Navigate to Connected Platforms.

  3. From there, you’ll see a full list of accounts you can link, including Discord and Twitch.

⚠️ You can only have one account per platform connected to a single Embark ID.

Why can’t I disconnect my Steam account?

There are two possible reasons:

  1. Your account has been banned in THE FINALS.
If your Embark account is banned, you will not be able to disconnect your Steam account.

  2. You recently disconnected another Steam account.
There is a 48-hour cooldown between disconnecting one Steam account and connecting another.

Important: You cannot unlink the account you're currently using to log in. If you want to unlink a specific platform, you must first log in using a different connected platform.

What happens if I unlink all my accounts?

If you unlink all third-party game accounts (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation), your Embark ID will be permanently deleted. This includes:

  • Multibucks balance

  • Purchased and unlocked items

  • Battle Pass progress

  • All game progression

This action is irreversible.

Can I disconnect my Steam account if it's banned?

No. If your Steam account has been banned in THE FINALS, it cannot be disconnected from your Embark ID.

How do I delete my Embark account?

To request permanent deletion of your Embark ID, please contact Player Support through https://id.embark.games/support.

Be aware that account deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of all associated game data and purchases.
