This error indicates that our anti-cheat system has found a program or process on your computer that is on our list of disallowed software. This often, but not exclusively, includes AutoHotkey scripts and similar tools. The error message window should show you the exact file path of the program that needs to be disabled.
Important: This error does not mean your account has been banned!
While you aren't banned, you must disable the flagged process. Continuing to try to load the game while the flagged program is active will result in disciplinary action against your account.
We understand that some detections might seem overly cautious, but maintaining the security and integrity of the game is our top priority. We thank you for your understanding!
How to fix it:
You can temporarily disable the process using the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc). The program will not be flagged simply for being installed or present on your system, only if it's currently active and running.
