ARC Raiders is built around keeping the game fun, fair, and rewarding for everyone, and that means taking cheating seriously and protecting honest players.

If your match was affected by a confirmed cheater, we want to make it right. ARC Raiders has a compensation system that restores your items once the player has been identified. When compensation is issued, you’ll receive all the items you had at the time of being knocked out by the cheater

When Will I Receive Compensation?

Compensation isn’t immediate. Once cheating is identified, the system automatically processes reimbursements.

How Will I Know I’ve Been Compensated?

You’ll get a message in your in-game inbox letting you know your items are ready to claim. Make sure there’s enough space in your stash otherwise you will not be able to retrieve them.

Can I Contact Support About It?

The compensation process is fully automated. Our support team can’t manually issue or speed up compensation.
