PlayStation Plus Rewards and Benefits

PlayStation Plus members may download cosmetic rewards for THE FINALS through the PlayStation Store.

What rewards are available?

PlayStation Plus members may receive cosmetic content for THE FINALS, such as:

  • Outfits
  • Weapon Skins
  • Gadget Skins
  • Charms
  • Stickers
  • Emotes
  • Other cosmetic customization items

These rewards are cosmetic only and may change over time. Check the PlayStation Store regularly to see what is currently available.

How do I claim my rewards?

  1. Make sure you have an active PlayStation Plus membership.
  2. Open the PlayStation Store.
  3. Search for THE FINALS.
  4. Navigate to the available DLCs
  5. Find the available PlayStation Plus content.
  6. Redeem the available reward by clicking Download.
  7.  After the download is finished, launch THE FINALS on your PlayStation to receive your items.

Where can I find my rewards?

After launching the game, you should see a pop-up displaying any recently unlocked items.
You can also find your unlocked rewards in the customization menus with all of your other items.


Frequently Asked Questions

Does my PlayStation Plus membership need to be active to download the rewards?
Yes. An active PlayStation Plus membership is required to claim all PlayStation Plus rewards.

Do I have to manually download the PlayStation Plus rewards?
Yes. PlayStation Plus rewards are delivered as downloadable content (DLC) and must be downloaded before they are added to your Embark ID.

Do any of the rewards affect gameplay?
No. All PlayStation Plus rewards are cosmetic and do not provide any gameplay advantages.

Can I use my rewards on other platforms?
If your PlayStation account is linked to your Embark ID, your cosmetic rewards can be accessed on your other linked platforms.

Why does it say "Upgrade" instead of "Download" for the PlayStation Plus rewards?
If you see an "Upgrade" button instead of a "Download" button when viewing the PlayStation Plus rewards, it usually means that your PlayStation Plus membership is no longer active or that the reward requires a higher PlayStation Plus membership tier.

Can I exchange my rewards for other items?
No. All PlayStation Plus rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
